Let’s celebrate Labor Day by taking a day off of labor and eat a lot of really good food. That’s what this holiday is for, right?
Yeah, not really but… food.
Summer’s last hurrah is already here and I have to say it kind of snuck up on me. I feel like it was just Memorial Day and now BAM! Labor Day is here and it’s just about time to get ready for fall stuff.
Unless you’re Starbucks and then you’ve already had like 50 pumpkin spice lattes.
While I love pumpkin and all the pumpkin things, I still want to hold onto this little last bit of summer. I might not have gotten to relax as much as I would have liked, but it has still been a pretty good season around here.
Enough of that though, let’s get to some food. I know you probably have all the big stuff planned that you want to eat (hopefully it involves a grill) but what about snacky stuff? Rather than running to the store and grabbing a bag of chips and dip, why not make something even tastier? I promise it won’t take long and you’ll be glad you labored (get it) slightly to make something yourself!
