Happy 4th of July! I thought it would be a good idea to give you some BBQ recipes so that you can enjoy some delicious food on our day of independence!
Appetizers
Nothing is easier than a veggie tray but instead of going for the store bought ranch, try this simple dairy-free ranch!
This tomato cucumber salad is the easiest thing to put together. Cut all the vegetables and put into a bowl and pour the dressing on top. Boom. Done.
Mains
You might think it’s weird to cook something in a slower cooker at a BBQ but it saves some time and space and it’s cauliflower pesto mac n’ cheese so how could you go wrong?
A great dish to get some extra veggies in plus that tahini BBQ sauce is the bomb diggity. Yeah, I said bomb diggity.
A great way for the vegetarians/vegans at your BBQ to feel included in the BBQ fun is pulled carrot BBQ sandwiches. And it’s really easy to make a big batch and cook it in the slow cooker if you need extra space on the stove.
Desserts
Key-Lime popsicles that are actually good for you? Perfect for a hot BBQ party!
I still can’t get over these individual cherry cobblers! Plus the basil adds a really delicious touch. And you get a WHOLE cobbler to yourself.
Have a great day and Happy 4th of July friends!
