Adam and I are currently on our way back home from a wedding in Michigan.  It was a beautiful wedding and interesting to see two cultures (Indian and American) come together.  I’ve never been to an Indian wedding so I really liked seeing their traditions and how they celebrate.  Plus, the weather was great and the farm scenery was awesome.

Now, even though I’m in a car for about six hours, many of you are probably headed to a Labor Day BBQ.  Lucky ducks.  If you still don’t know what to make, I’ve got you covered.  These are my favorite quick recipes that make a hungry crowd happy.
