The day of eating is almost here and I know you’re all ready to go, right? Ok, so maybe you’ve slacked a little in prepping for Thanksgiving or you’re struggling to come up with something for that vegan/gluten-free/lactose intolerant/paleo/I’m-pretty-sure-they-only-eat-gravel relative. I’ve got you covered.
Here are over a dozen of some of my best recipes for Thanksgiving, from breakfast all the way to dessert. All of them are gluten-free and most of them fit a vegan/paleo/dairy-free lifestyle so you’re sure to find something to please every guest at your table.
So stop stressing and start cooking!
Breakfast Dishes
Because who doesn’t want cookies for breakfast?
I just posted this one last week and I still love it!
This is a great breakfast if you’re going to be busy all morning and need something quick. Plus, you can make it the night before!
You want to make sure you have pumpkin for every meal today. It’s the rule.
Dips, Spreads, & Sauces
I have a thing for cranberries and besides my mom’s cranberry relish this is my favorite cranberry sauce!
I told you I love cranberries. This is a great appetizer and you can serve it with crackers, veggies or a spoon!
Thanksgiving needs gravy and this mushroom one is perfect for the meat and gluten free folks in your family.
I know a lot of casseroles call for cream of something soup and store-bought versions tend to be… well, full of junk. Here is a simple cream of celery soup you can use for all your casseroles!
Side Dishes
Mustard Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Seriously, it’s time to jump on the brussels sprouts bandwagon. It’s delicious.
Even I was shocked how much this casserole tasted like stuffing even though there are no traditional “stuffing” ingredients!
Every big meal needs a roll and this is perfect for those who are paleo, vegan, or gluten-free!
Main Dishes
I know turkey is the main dish but sometimes, turkey doesn’t work for everyone. So make this risotto and make all your guests happy!
I know, soup might not be the heartiest of main dishes, but this one compliments traditional Thanksgiving dishes really well!
Because it has pumpkin it’s perfect for Thanksgiving, trust me.
Dessert
Quick to make and delicious with pumpkin pie!
You want this on all the things.
People tell me that every pie needs whip cream. Even if I don’t agree, this coconut version is perfect for the dairy-free people in your life.
Literally. Put any fruit you have (apples and cranberries would be great) into this crisp and it’s perfect.
Pumpkin. Cranberries. Enough said.
