Memorial Day 2018

Today is pretty much the unofficial start of summer but it is also so much more.  It’s a day to remember the men and women that sacrificed their lives so we can enjoy our freedoms.  I know it’s cheesy and cliche but, freedom isn’t really free.  I think we all forget that most of the time and Memorial Day is a good time to remember and be grateful to everyone who gave their all.  Memorial Day 2018 | Life Healthfully Lived

Because Memorial Day is also usually a day to spend time with friends and family and enjoy the start of summer, I thought I would share some of my favorite summer party recipes from my blog.  I know that it’s a little last minute, but luckily most of these recipes can be made pretty quickly.

So little recap, remember the reason WHY you get a long weekend to enjoy your friends, family, the start of summer and grilling season, then actually get out and use your grill and enjoy your party.
