I know I keep talking about the mountains and I know I’ve been home for almost a week now, but I’m gonna talk about them for one more post.
I’m still getting things back in order around here and as Adam starts to feel better, I’ve been getting back into the recipe creation groove. I spent all yesterday testing new recipes and I’m going to do the same today. I’ll get photographs done and we’ll be back in business with the blog.
AND because next Thursday is Thanksgiving (yes, really. Go get your turkey ASAP), I am sharing three new recipes all the way up to turkey day. Yes. Three days in a row, you will get a brand-spankin’ new recipe. Maybe you’ll find room on your holiday table for one of my dishes…..
After the holiday, I’ll have even more recipes sort of related to Thanksgiving. Ways to use up your leftovers. Other celebration-esque meals if you want to do a late Friendsgiving. Delicious things for the season. I’m very excited about it and you should be too!
Until next week, enjoy these mountains one last time 🙂

Can you spot the friend in this picture?

The waterfall at Laurel Falls

Alum Cave. Which wasn’t exactly a cave but still VERY cool.

Would not mind if this was in my backyard…

For real though, please?
