From the City to the Suburbs
Hello from yet another new home. I think I’ve gone through about 6 or 7 moves over the life of this blog and let me just say, it still sucks.
Not the idea of moving or a new place but packing and the actual moving are the worst. At least I’m sort of getting used to it?

How I wish I could pack…
Slow Cooker Italian Beef
Deep dish pizza.
Hot dogs without ketchup.
Polish Sausages (said like this).
Garrett’s Popcorn.
Italian Beef (Portillos or bust).
In case you couldn’t tell, us Chicagoans like food. Lots of food. Cheesy, meaty, delicious food. Stick to your rib (and thighs and stomach and booty) food.

Warmish Weather… Sort Of
In Chicago, this in-between spring and winter time can feel like the longest time of year. One day it will be 50 degrees, the next day it will snow 2 inches, then it will be sunny and 45, and then 30 with a bitter wind off the lake.
