Happy Wednesday friends! I took a little break and didn’t post Monday. Mostly because I had no time to get something up but also because I was just enjoying time with family.
And a good time we had! Full of food of course.
Usually on Easter, we get together for church and then have some kind of brunch before going our separate ways. Easter is a little tougher of a holiday because it’s on Sunday and we have to get right back to work the next day. We decided as a family we would spend our Easter mornings together and then head off and prepare for the week.
But not before we ate all the things.

The traditional picture of Andy eating something. I mean, don’t we all feel this way about Reese’s?
We had so much good food for our Easter brunch this year:
- Spiral ham
- French toast casserole
- Blueberries & strawberries with whipped cream
- Scones
- Sausage
- Bacon
- Hard-boiled eggs
- All the jelly beans and Reese’s Eggs
I also made a version of Healthful Pursuit’s Keto Easter Egg Fat Bombs. They were very festive and pretty tasty. Not overly sweet, but a nice (colorful) addition to the table. Overall, it was an excellent day. I always cherish time with my loved ones and celebrating the gift that is Easter.

Of course there were eggs!
Enjoy our pictures, drool over the ham and bacon, and tell me about your holiday!

The (very tasty) ham. We always do it in the crockpot to save space!

Mom taking care of the all-important bacon. We make it in the oven on cookie racks so it’s nice and crispy.

Turkey sausage… just in case there wasn’t enough meat.

Ginger lemon scones… that totally came from a box but still tasted pretty great!

My contribution… Fat bomb Easter eggs!

Pretty sure every wife has made this face at some point in the marriage…

But I love this guy!
