What I’m Prepping In My Kitchen Lately

Whew!  I feel like this past month or so has been not-my-normal-routine crazy and it’s not over yet.  Last week I was in Mt. Prospect helping out my mom and starting tomorrow I’m headed to Hoffman Estates to help out my sister and brother-in-law by dog sitting.

Four Ways I Care For Myself

I’m learning that I need to take rest days from exercise, spend time outside, find a way to laugh each day, take frequent deep breaths, and spend some time in the quiet without technology and social media constantly buzzing around.
