Back on the Meal Planning Train

Now that Adam and I have moved and mostly settled in, it’s time to get back to business as usual with meals.  Most of the summer I flew by the seat of my pants when it came to meals.  Sometimes it was fun (hey unexpected dinner out) other times it was weird (hey weird bowl meals) and sometimes it was just downright stressful.

Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Banana Bread

You know what we need more of in this life?  Banana bread.  It’s really such a simple common thing, but I had almost forgotten how good it tasted.  I made a bunch of baked goods for our vacation this past weekend and banana bread was one of the requested items.
