What I Ate Wednesday: Camping Edition

Spring Green Soup

I have one more soup recipe for you before it gets too warm to even think about soup.  And I think this might be one of my new favorite soups, which is saying a lot because I like soup.

Why do I like soup?  I like throwing a bunch of things into one pot and making a meal out of it.  It’s easy to use up odds and ends you might have, you can make a bunch of meals out of one dish, and there are so many different varieties of soup.  Stew, bisque, brothy, chunky, creamy, pureed, gazpacho, vichyssoise, goulash… I’m like Bubba from Forest Gump naming all the shrimp dishes.  I’m ok with that. Spring Green Soup | Life Healthfully Lived Continue reading
