Nori Breakfast Wraps: A Tutorial

I think for the past, oh billion Monday’s or so, I’ve mentioned making nori breakfast wraps as part of my meal prep on the weekends.  I think I’ve mentioned an equal amount of times that I would share with you what they are… and then never really did.

Well, I’m changing that today! Because I’m a responsible adult!  But mostly because I actually remembered to take pictures throughout the process of making them. Breakfast Nori Wrap: A Tutorial | Life Healthfully Lived Continue reading

Spaghetti Pie

Every year on our birthdays, my mom would make whatever we wanted for dinner.  It could be anything.  I’m pretty sure if we asked for cinnamon rolls with a side of pickles for dinner, my mom would have made it.  Because she is awesome.

While my sister would usually choose a birthday dinner of chicken pockets (Pillsbury croissant dough stuffed with a creamy cheesy chicken mix) and macaroni and cheese (good old Kraft), my choices usually varied.

One year I wanted stroganoff.

Another year I asked for breakfast for dinner.

But a few years in a row I asked for spaghetti casserole.

It wasn’t anything super fancy but it was super comforting and delicious.  Cheesy, meaty, saucy comfort food. Spaghetti Pie | Life Healthfully Lived Continue reading

Oldies but Goodies

Often that involves going back months and months to find everything I made so I don’t forget anything.  It’s time-consuming, which it wouldn’t be if I just updated it regularly like an adult.

But what fun would that be? Oldies but Goodies | Life Healthfully Lived Continue reading

Herb-Crusted Pork Loin Roast

Lately, I’ve been having an internal debate with every meal I make.  Is this good enough for the blog?  Is it even worth sharing?  How many people actually want to eat this?

As a blogger that primarily focuses my energy on food and making tasty, yet healthy, things for you to eat, I’m running into a slight problem with most of my meals:

I have little time and not a lot of creative energy left in the tank at the moment. Herb-Crusted Pork Loin Roast | Life Healthfully Lived Continue reading
